Finally Made It

Post by Andy »

I don't play MTM nearly as much as I used to way back when, but today I managed to do something I'd wanted to do since I first got the program.

I made the jump on to the top of the stands in C-98. Didn't have to use gold mode either Image

(I realize this may not be a big deal for some, but I was pleased)

Heheh, sweet. I've never even tried it, but then again, I deleted the stock tracks shortly after add-ons started coming out.

How'd you get up there ? The only way I ever got on top of the stands was the big jump in Siberia Creek.

Yup,

When I fist got into MTM, it was because the demo of MTM1 was on the CD for FlightSimulator 98.
In that one, you could get a run from behind the hills, but I'd always sail right over the stands.
In MTM2, I'd do the same thing, except I'd always end up smacking into the back of them (remember the Road Runner cartoons, whenever the Coyote was flattened against a cliff Image ) This was the first time I was successful.
