MTM2pat.exe

Post by crum »

Ok, I will tell you up front that I downloaded my MTM2 from Kazaa.
I bought it long ago but gave it away thinking it was kinda boring. Anyway, now I run across this Beeks truck yard and the MTMG sites and Im in aww Image I managed to learn how to add trucks and tracks with very little reading. I can use the pod2.exe but I can not get the MTM2pat.exe to update my game so that I can run more than 12 additional .pods. Without the update I can have a max of 31 .pods INCLUDING the required ones that come with MTM2.
My question of course is: Is there anyone willing to help me get this thing running right? I would appretiate the help.

To you modelers and track builders, man you guys rock! I also play NFS games and thats how I found out about "add-ons"

Yeah, didnt say it was a smart thing to do, but I did Image

and yes it seemed boring. Why? well I just didnt like how I couldnt set my game pad controls the way I wanted ( I want to make the truck drive by pushing a button, not "up") and It seemed to be really limited as far as what variety of trucks and races. Like I said, I found this place and Beeks and changed my mind, quick! This is what I like in a game.. I guess it takes game hacks to make them fun for me.

Yes, welcome to the club, crum. Not sure if you'll end up a racer, a rumbler, or a racer-rumbler...but if by chance you gravitate more toward racing (like me), there are some awesome add-on tracks out there...right here on this site, as you may have already learned. Download 10 or 200 and give em a spin; I think you'll be quite impressed!
