i need a truck to be made quick!!

i am trying to make a truck, like everyone else, ive downloaded tracked two and TruckShop34.zip. but im wondering how do you change the paintjob on them, ive tried to download PaintShop7 but my internet will disconnect before its done downloading, anyone know how i can make a truck or get a program that downloads faster? if you have a link or an idea please email me @ lover_boy150@hotmail.com, i know its a weird email address but i had some girl make it up for me.
