There is a bug in the script that prevents you uploading your own avatars. This is medium priority and will be addressed in due course. Until then, if you send yours to me, I'll upload it for you. Right now there is over 400 to choose from, so I hope there's no panic about anything.

Oh, the 140 pixel limit was in anticipation of a few avatars already uploaded. Ideally, they should be approx 100x100 - like the mtm2 truck images. The rule of thumb is "be kind to 56k modem users"
