Yes it will. It will work on win 9x/ME/2000/XP.

But unless you have a GeForce FX 5900 Ultra the game won't run above 3 frames per second :D

Lol...I have a Voodoo-5 5500 card, and I can get 240 FPS on a pentium-3 !!

Microsoft® Windows® 95 operating system or Windows NT® Workstation operating system version 4.0 with Service Pack 3
That was written when Windows 95 was all you could buy....it works with any version of the Windows OS equal to or newer than Win95....including XP.
