Isn't there a "How to" on texture making?

I looked but I havent' seen it. I thought I saw one not too long ago, but I can't find it. Could anyone direct me to the right place. It would be much appreciated

Ok i have 1 texture that I need {at the moment}, My base is ROCKQRY. What I need is like what {Inky-Lost Land Of Jabroni} has under his fire. A single texture with a round black area. I dont know what Utility it takes 4 this, having not made a set before Btw if your out there Inky, lots of nice work bud. Very Very Nice work

you need the round black area with the Rockqry main texture around it?

BTW: I suggest Winterkill's tutorial. Its long, but its well worth it. Not sure if he has more than one in that link, but it is VERY helpful.
