New Stuff

Post by Rep Fan »

Finally got these off my hard drive.

Then made some revisions on this, made it deadly accurate now, with a spare tire, and a spare gas can, just like the real thing. And for the fact that I like Green better. Just added a ton of more detail to it too.

Thanks Phin.

I surfed the net for 4 hours gathering pics of real ones, just to make sure it is dead on. Found out that spare tire, and that gas can were an option.

So I figured I'd add them on. I added some detail to the back of the wheels too, added disc brakes on it and some paint high lights. Reduced the vert count on it too quite a bit.

That silver one was a paintjob I idea I came up with, that actually turned out pretty cool. I liked the wheels I made for it so much that I put them on my Rat Poison truck too, so that has been updated here and at my site too. All handle much better too, cuz I thought they were all a little to "sloppy".

All is well now. Go beat em' to death.

I like the more off the wall, the better. And this is different.

After that post I made about that dump truck, it inspired me...

Totally redid my yellow one, and made a sister for it.

Looks good. I thought you weren't the scratch kinda guy? I don't recall seeing anything like that around before. Loads of detail on there.

I think that was an existing model he adapted and modified/re-textured for MTM2. I remember seeing it years ago in NFS or some other game format.

I think this was the original, or close to it:

Yeah, it's actually over 2 years old. It was converted over to mtm2 way before that.

I saw it on Beeks years ago, redid it, and had it on my site for awhile. But I decided to redo it again. It was missing body panels, and faces since I got it. So I went over it, and replaced the faces, then remapped the whole thing, added alot more detail, made some pipes for it. Then liked it so much I saw a pic of a green one like that, and decided to make a sister to it.

I originally did it, just to see if I could make a great handling race truck out of it, mission acomplished.

Here's another new rep I've been messing with, I'll upload it here soon as I get a chance.
