Some lamer (the logs show it originated somewhere around Cleveland Ohio) aimed a bot at it. Hit it with over 1300 posts in under nine minutes. That works out to something like three posts a second. I'll figure out some sort of flood delay and open it back up. I just don't have a time frame at the moment, sorry.

Gonna miss cotw, this week =(

Flooders.....Spammers....lamers.......perhaps it's finally time to create a membership BBS. The situation on the internet is rapidly approaching the point where there are just too many idiots online, and basic non-registration BBS sites are simply too vunerable...

This reminds me of the mid-70's when many stores around here stopped selling spraypaint to minors, due to all the graffiti appearing everywhere. Screwed up my model-making hobby somewhat (I was 15 when this came about).

I swear, some people are so stupid or ignorant that it scares me on occasion.

LoL, BD it wasn't just graffiti that they was using the spraypaint for. I remember that myself, we must a lot of miles on our old tires {feat}.
