Downtown Madness!

Ok, I have this old track called Downtown Madness. I downloaded it and I loved it. I was a beginner, not knowing which tracks were good and which weren't, so many old tracks I have deleted. However, I still like this one. One thing though. I noticed there are two Downtown Madness tracks, and to the best of my understanding, they are both identical, but made by different people... I just wanna know whats going on here. Can anyone shed some light on the subject?

I beleive they are both made by attitude, even though the second says _Powerslide_ i beleive.
