On the IGN Board (which I'm not on), I saw this guy CAT_MARK_1's post:

the reason i say no is because it was suposed to come out in feburary, it was pushed back to like march, then june. NOW.......DECEMBER!

theres no screenshots or nothing. i doubt it will be done. it might come out in like mid 2006 if we r lucky. plus, ive been waiting ever sense november for this game when i heard it was coming out. kept getting pushed back......so im having doubts about it. and i will be really ticked off if this game is like all the other MJ games. childish circuit races that r stupid imo. u guys might like it but i dont. even the fs course on Monster 4x4 Masters of Metal, didnt even have cars or nothing. only a big hill, and 2 wooden ramps. MJ3 if it comes out wont be better....

I think it's going to be quite good... if it's released. If it is, it's going to be the BEST. I mean, they might not have programmed everything by the first, or second or third suggested release date! They say it's not going to be like the last 2 MJ games. No "Deathmatch" (MJ1), and no Circuit races. They say it's going to be a real Monster Jam tour. You choose a truck, and go head-to-head in a car smashin' dragrace, then Freestyle. Well, I may be wrong... [doh]

ok, u got me excited lol, ,but my last thought is.....they were saying it was going out for XBOX only, then it said PS2 in december. im seeig alot of stuff sayig only for XBOX then a site with PS2. its confusing the heck out of me

Yes, video games can be confusing. All that coding... having to draw accurate textures by hand... very confusing. [;)]

TOCA 3 will be released first. That game is supposed to have realistic Monster Truck action. Maybe some real names too

i read somewhere that those are not the real graphics. those are just artists renderings of what they hope they will look like.

That looks a little complex to be an artist's rendering, though the graphics do seem too good to be true.
