IP Joining and Hosting Help Program

I got a few emails from people that need help with JOINing or HOSTing IP games in MTM2. So, I made a little program that walks the player through each step for both. I hope it comes in handy for anyone that needs help. Its very easy to use and understand. I might make 1 for BinEdit in the near future.
