I originally downloaded this program to work in GeneRally, but on a hunch I experimented a bit with it tonight and found it to work well for making box-based objects such as frames. Export as a Wavefront .obj and BinEdit will open it no problem. Less precise than BE by a long shot but much easier to work with as it is mouse based.
