c-pod error message

I'm in the stage of converting BMP files to RAW files and when i click "save" an error message comes up saying "Somethings screwy here...the height*width*8/8 isnt equal to the image size!". I made sure my colors were back to 256 8 bit, and i'm using adobe photoshop cs. Is that my problem or is it fixable? Thanks

Make sure your image is 256x256 or 64x64.
