Kmaster, your link also had a subsequent link to the trailer for MTM2. That's when I noticed this:

I guess alpha/beta versions of MTM2 initially had Digger with it's older, no-purple paintscheme (you can tell by the stacked lettering). I'm now wondering if any of the people who participated in the beta could say if the truck had the paintjob the game was released with or this earlier version. If it exists anywhere out there, I'd like to see it!

I saw that vid too (came with Pinball Arcade actually)... also notice truck physics and sounds. Watch when Bret Hart whacks into the train. Makes a loud CRACK and flips onto its side. Now take that stock truck and whack it into the same train in FM29. Looks like they had different physics then too, but got rid of them to make it easier or some crap like that.

Others:
-Just after (before?) the C98 jump ("So much fun it should be ILLEGAL!") there's a summit rumble scene. Note the sound when one truck hits another.
-Black Stallion flips over (after the mtm2 logo near the start, I think), makes a racket very unlike mtm2's sounds, stays flipped for longer than you'd expect
-Firestone Wilderness hits a trapped Bret Hart (or vice versa?) near the end. Smash and glassbreak sound? :?
