MTM2 Start Screen Help

I am Trying too make the MTM2 Start Screen look Different I found a Screen I liked.I made a BMP in Corel Snapfire Image Program.I then Saved it under the File name MJ (2) Save As Type 256 BMP.Then I searched for it under my Search Engine on Window Explorer,I tried too Drag it C-Pod I got this Error Error Run Time Error 53.I also Open in C-Pod said BMP is Not Square.Any help fro one of you Members here would be Great.Thanks.Note Bare with me I have disabliilty for Learning Things,So if some one could tell me step by step instructions with Pics.I can do this myself Thank you. No Luck at all I am using C-Pod getting Run Error 53 when I drag The New File I made in pain also in Paint also Paint Shop Pro 4.
