SP Rumble: Sunday Nights

Tonight I teamed up with MOD_BC (Big Cheese) and we were 2 and out :/

OLD_Ghost teamed up with SLO_CLC and they did very well ! Ghost had to leave before the end of the tournament,
and on the final round ShadowPrincess asked me to step in and take Ghost's place with SLO_CLC, and we won : )

Great job tonight OLD_Ghost !!

Tonight's Sunday Rumble was "UPDRAFT by MOD_BC".
.
A new track that was just in time to be scheduled for Sunday night.

People either liked it, or hated it. No middle ground for this track.

It was an interesting rumble indeed and I think after everyone got over the initial shock of this for a tournament track most seemed to settle and just enjoy and have fun. Havent seen so many in that tournament room since the first week we opened at RenGames.

Tonight's 2v2 team double elimination rumble was "Pocket Pool" by an unknown track maker.

NoBrakes and I got 4th place, but unfortunately the podium only has room for 3. Congrats to those teams.

Tonight's team rumble was a total blast! The new track was "Spaceballs - T.R. by Malibu350". It kinda felt like rumbling inside the DeathStar from Star Wars.

Fantastic track, and it's nice to see trackmakers getting away from the old "hypercube" format, and expanding to bigger and better tracks. Big thumbs up.

Tonight's 2v2 team rumble was "Black Magic" by ShadowPrincess and Phineus.

Yomega and I had a match that we lost by 40 points!!!
In the last minute of the match, it got very heated and both Yomega and I got knocked off (lag shot) the platform at bad times. arg.... but great matches.

And HERE is a picture of the surface of the platform. : )

Tonight's 2v2 team rumble was "Boot Rumble" by Pasven Steties.

OLD_Rockman and I teamed up tonight and got some nice wins!! We beat a very rugged team of TheSnake/BackHand.

Then since ShadowPrincess had the extra time, she asked if there was interest in a Hypercube rumble. The vote was positive, so we partook in 1v1 hypercube.

Tonight's 2v2 team double elimination rumble was "Scream Crazy Train" by Pounder & Moneymaker.
It is an interesting rumble in that the platform MOVES. The rumble surface is on several trains that ride slowly down the path.
There are ramps at intervals where you jump back on if you get pushed off to the ground. Very interesting.

Tonight's 2v2 team rumble was started later than normal due to the participation in the
Tournament of Champions, but no biggie. Our track tonight was "Roller Derby II" by
OLD_Nick at Nite.
