~HELP!~ ERROR MESSAGE

i downloaded a bunch of new trucks to my game and they were working fine for a while but now every time i try to use one i get an error message that says "an unexpected error has occured" then i click show detail and it says "cant environment map model!" what can i do to fix the problem? all the original trucks work and 3 of the new ones but all the rest get this error message. please help me

On the menu, goto options > graphics > hardware options and then uncheck truck reflections.

i'm getting an error, myself...i downloaded the 25th anny grave digger, and when i try any view besides cockpit, i get an error that sends me back to the track menu when i click close....any way to fix that?
