The Guitar Bill Expo

Post by Cale »

Excellent idea, Phin! I've got a truck underway and hopefully I'll find time to work on/finish a track as well (I have some ideas, just need some motivation lol). I hope this brings out a lot of the lurkers and retirees for one more go, as well as beginners and current editors stepping outside of the box. Let's see some stuff, guys!

I don't know if this will stir up any ideas but it's the only 'traxx' dedicated truck I know of

Just as a point of knowledge, are tracks still eligible if they are beta'd here first?

Phin are drag tracks allowed? I'd love to get apart of this with one of my pieces I'm doing up for later this year and into early next year.

Should be no problem then. Just dedicate one of them to Bill and use one of the new tracks made for the event. I don't know your schedule (yet) but when the time draws near I'll post a news item on the front page so everybody knows about it.

I have a venue I've run several ProDRO (draggers league) events in called Purvis Stadium. I've got two different versions of the track (one is a conventional drag, the other is a Mickey Thompson-style off-road circuit), so this gives me incentive to get them ready for release! Good. [:-)]

Assuming it's a drag, and depending on what else gets done, then who knows but what Dave can't work in for the month of February.

not literaly :)

A figure of speech, somewhat like skate or die... which loosly translates to 'you can always do better' ... now.

I can hardly wait for Phin to reveal the fabulous prizes he has i store for the expo cuz I need incentive... a 1966 gto would be nice.
