Are the Bigfoot Power Wheels and Wildfoot bodies still used?

Post by Roadknight »

I'm kind of confused, the Wildfoot body was supposedly repainted to become Bigfoot 11, but it appears in MTM2 with a Ford F-150 cab.
So did the truck get re-built on an F-150 cab? Or did T.R.I. just want the truck back and changed to an F-150 to fit in with the others?
I'm guessing Bigfoot Power Wheels is out of use, and does anyone have a pic of the REAL Bret "The Hitman" Hart truck?

Thanks.

Wildfoot was never used again after the 1993 season AFAIK. When MTM1 came out, all the Bigfoot trucks were using the 1993-1996 F-150 body, so it was easy enough to do Wildfoot as a repaint and make a nice even round 12 trucks. By the time MTM2 came out the 1997 F-150 was standard so they decided to update Wildfoot to the new body to make a nice even round 20 trucks as another easy repaint. Power Wheels was effectively replaced by Firestone Wilderness as the PW sponsorship was over with a few years earlier.

The Bret Hart truck never ran (thank God), it was custom for the game.

Yes - Bret wasn't real, nor was Stinger. Hollywood Hogan and The Outsiders were real (although The Outsiders was called Dungeon of Doom), so TRI had to make a couple more wrestler trucks to round it out. HH and DoD actually tried to start up a sport of monster truck wrestling, but thankfully it never stuck.

Alright, alright, don't get all aggro on me, I never heard about it before. I assumed it was fake because of the weird tail, that's all. Chill.
