strange water problem?!

i have been having a problem lately - water all of a sudden appears when i drive on like - just about every track... and even if theres high ground to get to - the water follows me up the hills or whatever! also the rotor blades on the helicopter have a light blue rectangle outlining both sets... any help?

turn off reflections under options>graphics and it should be under where you select direct 3d or software. click that, and uncheck reflections.

Yes, it's caused by a high vertex truck.
