rear wheel steering?

i was playing earlier, with manual transmission, and a far chase camera, and when i held down the brake and turned, i noticed all 4 wheels turning...is there a rear wheel steering i didn't know about??

yes, your rear wheels steer.

This cannot be disabled, it turns with your wheel/stick/pad/keys
