If ever a tr?ck is uploaded and you want it removed because it uses your parts and the maker didn't ask your permission or give you credit, PLEASE, PLEASE just Pm Phineus and ask him to take it down.
Every time there is a thread about it we get these arguments and eventually people leaving due to frustration.
A request to all tr?ck makers.

That's not the proper way, roadknight. The tr@ck does not necessarily need to be taken down from the site immediately.
First of all you need to try to contact the "maker" (by email, PM, chat, whatever), telling him about the permission/credits issue, and try to find a solution. (Reupload tr@ck giving proper credit, remove the tr@ck or redo the tr@ck) If that doesn't work or you can't reach the maker, then you can PM or email the site admins (phineus at mtm2 dot com or malibu350 at mtm2 dot com) telling them about the situation, and finally asking them to remove the tra@ck involved.
