Good Tracked2 replacement? (yep, BinEdit 2.2)

I'm sure this on here somewhere but I was wondering what everyone is using to write there lst files when building a truck? It's been several years since I've built any trucks and I finally got back into it the other day. I've gotten most of everything I need, just wanted to know what I could replace T2 with? It doesn't work on Vista. I just wanna be able to see the truck as it would be "in game" and be able to see things I need to adjust. Any suggestions?

BinEdit 2.2 has a truck editor and pod tools.
