Add new Tracks?

Post by levi »

Have new pc running now. When I try to add more than 31 tracks on the game it won"t let me. My old game let me put more than 80 tracks on at one time. What Am I doing wrong?

You're running the unpatched version of mtm2, which supports only 31 (32?) pods at once. Download and install the patch and you should be good again:

Also don't forget the FIXMORE4.POD

 http://mtm2online.com/onlinehelp.shtml

"Fixmore 4 does a number of things among them it fixes the 'Hall of Mirrors' effect you see in the distance at high altitudes. It also changes water from that ugly gray to a pretty blue reminiscent of MTM1. If it appears before your 'sound.pod' file, then it will also kill the train horn noise that drives many insane".

It should be the very first pod at the top of the POD.INI text file right underneath the number at the top of the file.

Example :

fixmore4.pod
startup.pod
cockpit.pod
ui.pod
sound.pod
music.pod
etc.....etc...

Can't recall what the pod zip.pod file is for though? Who knows?
